Step into a full-time, W-2, outside sales role meeting 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners weekly, delivering impactful presentations, and closing high-ticket deals. Top performers are earning up to $300K+/year!
Average First-Year Earnings:
$130K–$180K

On the road - 30-90 minutes within your home location!
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-home presentations that WOW homeowners.
Assess homes, recommend solutions, and close sales on the spot.
Master our product portfolio and financing options.
Build lasting customer relationships for repeat business.
Participate in ongoing sales training.
Qualifications - What We Are Looking For
Sales experience is a plus, not required
Vehicle and License Required
Strong communication & organization skills, influential personality
Weekend Availability (6 days/week)
Self-motivated and driven to win; works well independently or on a team
Industry experience is a plus, not required
