We're looking for a Sales Administrator who will support our New & Used Truck Sales Departments within TransChicago Truck Group. This role will be responsible for preparing documents for the Truck Sales Departments and utilizing internal programs to input specified information to submit to our billing team for final documentation.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Assistsales management in maintaining integrity of DMS (Procede, IMAN)
Assignstock numbers for new and used trucks and post units onto the company website
Workclosely with the marketing department to ensure adequate product exposure both in print and online
Reviewand ensureintegrity of billing documents for each New/Used deal
Confirmcustomer information is properly maintained/listed in DMS for billing purposes
Createpurchase orders for New and Used Truck departments
Ensureall contract paperwork is complete, including following up with the sales team if items are incomplete.
Assistbilling team for truck invoicing process
Developchecks and balances to adhere for admin/billing/salesman
Maintainstock of sales brochures and supplies
Createdeal jackets and manage the scanning and organization of related paperwork
Ensurecustomer information matches billing documentation and in systems
Provideadditional sales administration supportas required
Education and/or required experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
One or more years in sales administration and industry preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word
Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to multi-task
Requires excellent oral and written communication skills
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation:
$20-$25/hr. Hourly rate will be determined based on experience, competencies, certifications and education.
