Hartfield Animal Hospital is searching for a Veterinary Assistant / Customer Service Representative to join our small but mighty team! Assist veterinarians during exams, treatments, and procedures Perform in-house laboratory testing, including CBC/chemistry, urinalysis, cytology, and fecal testing Help maintain efficient daily hospital operations Schedule appointments and manage the daily appointment calendar Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism Collect payments and process invoices Coordinate with veterinarians and technicians to support smooth patient flow Maintain accurate patient records and documentation What Our Veterinary Assistants/CSRs Bring
Veterinary experience is preferred, but we're happy to train the right candidate with a great attitude Strong communication and customer service skills Compassionate, professional interactions with clients and teammates Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team-first mindset with a willingness to jump in wherever needed Confidence in managing competing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude The Extras You'll Actually Feel
