Program Director

Location: Chicago, IL / Milwaukee, WI - Hybrid

Experience: 12 - 25 years of experience

Must Have Technical/Functional Skill

• Large-scale program governance and delivery leadership
• Experience in mission-critical, regulated programs
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Hybrid delivery models
• Financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and margin control
• Executive-level stakeholder and governance management

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of a business-critical enterprise program
• Establish and manage program governance, KPIs, and delivery cadence
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and audit requirements
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalations
• Drive financial performance including cost, revenue, and margins
• Engage senior leadership and executive stakeholders
• Lead large, multi-location, cross-functional teams
