The SE Ventures Accelerator is a highly selective, founder-first program designed to help exceptional pre-seed startups reach productmarket fit and early commercial traction. Over a 12-week program, founders receive capital, expert mentorship, and structured access to a global ecosystem of customers, partners, and investors to accelerate their journey to productmarket fit.
The RoleWe are seeking an Accelerator Leader North America to lead and scale this platform from Silicon Valley. This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of venture capital, enterprise innovation, and company building. You will own the end-to-end performance of the accelerator: from sourcing top-tier founders to delivering measurable commercial outcomes with Schneider Electric.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and curate a world-class founder pipeline
- Lead and evolve the Accelerator program
- Drive enterprise engagement at scale
- Mentor and support founders
- Invest and manage portfolio outcomes
- Build and activate a global ecosystem
Qualifications:
Master, MBA, PhD, or equivalent experience. Profile: 5-10 years' experience in venture studio / pre-seed investment fund. Company building skills, ideally former entrepreneur. Good knowledge of the Silicon Valley early-stage ecosystem. Demonstrated capability to manage uncertainty, leverage networks, and align multiple stakeholders. Knowledge of Climate Tech and Industrial Tech markets.
Locations: Menlo Park (3 days / week office policy)

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 208,000 - USD 312,000 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
