Sr Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr Program Manager to join our team in Austin, TX. This is a 100% onsite role for local candidates only, with a focus on driving operational excellence and agile software development methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 7 years of technical leadership and program management experience in large enterprises, preferably in sales enablement
  • 4 years of people management and/or direct mentorship
  • 3 years of hands-on Agile experience
  • Proven success in driving operational excellence with structured and easily adoptable processes
  • Proven success in building roadmaps and delivering agile software development methodologies
  • Expert knowledge and experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and Project
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in coordinating release management adoption and production issue tracking
  • Experience in creating portfolio and business health metric dashboards
  • Experience in mentoring team members on best practices and successful execution
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to the internal team
  • Drive and optimize the request intake process, working with stakeholders and multiple scrum teams to prioritize and define an actionable roadmap
  • Build and maintain clear roadmaps to include project, platform, and operational milestones for the organization
  • Document and evaluate existing processes and procedures; make recommendations and drive process improvement and adoption of best practices
  • Own the collaboration and preparation of work needed for new project requests, including the definition of scope, resource needs, and estimates
  • Proactively drive operational projects and associated scope, timeline, and resources with minimal supervision
  • Identify, analyze, respond, monitor, and control risks; resolve issues in a timely manner to keep things moving forward
  • Drive the team communication, documentation, and collaboration strategy
  • Champion and evangelize best project management and scrum disciplines
