Controller

Ideal candidate:

• CPA license required
• 10+ years of senior financial leadership experience
• Background in privately held or family-owned business
• Experience with commercial real estate, construction, development, and distribution business
• Experience managing multiple entities and investment structures
• Strong banking, lender, and cash flow management experience
• Tax strategy awareness and experience.
• Ability to work alongside outside CPA/legal teams
• Ability to work directly with ownership/family leadership
• Experience in long term and short-term strategic planning
• Long-term trust and discretion working directly with ownership
• Strong operational discipline and strategic decision-making ability

This person will co-manage/co-oversee:

• All accounting, treasury, and financial operations
• Financial reporting across all entities
• Cash flow forecasting and capital planning
• Banking relationships and lending structures
• Lease portfolio financial oversight
• Investment analysis and entity management
