We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and professional Phlebotomist Floater to support operations across all three of our Tennessee locations. In this role, you will be deployed where coverage is needed most filling in for staff absences, supporting high-volume periods, and ensuring every customer receives a seamless, comfortable experience. This position is ideal for a phlebotomist who thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable traveling between sites. Hourly Rate: Range between $20 to $22 Per hour
Key Responsibilities- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection accurately and efficiently on patients of all ages
- Process, label, and package specimens in accordance with Any Lab Test Now protocols and laboratory requirements
- Verify customer identification, confirm test orders, and document all collections in our point-of-sale and laboratory information systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant collection area at all times
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience greeting clients warmly, explaining procedures clearly, and addressing concerns professionally
- Travel between Nashville, Murfreesboro, and Franklin locations as scheduled or requested by management
- Support front-desk operations including check-in, payment processing, and phone inquiries as needed
- Adhere to all federal, state, and company-specific regulations including HIPAA and CLIA standards
- Participate in opening and closing procedures as required at each location
- Communicate proactively with location managers regarding scheduling, supply needs, and any operational concerns
Phlebotomy certification from an accredited program (CPT, ASCP, NHA, or equivalent) Minimum 3 year of phlebotomy experience in a clinical, laboratory, or retail health setting Demonstrated proficiency in venipuncture across a variety of patient populations, including difficult draws Strong understanding of specimen handling, chain of custody, and lab processing procedures Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills Ability and willingness to travel regularly between Nashville, Murfreesboro, and Franklin Reliable personal transportation and valid driver's license Proficiency with basic computer systems and point-of-sale software Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift upto to 25 lbs
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in a retail health, urgent care, or direct-access lab setting
- Familiarity with CLIA, OSHA, and HIPAA regulations in a lab environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- CPR/First Aid certification
Schedule may vary. Monday Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM -5:00 PM, Saturday's between 9:00 AM 2:00 PM. The hours may change vary based on business need and/or the request(s) of your management.
Compensation:$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
