Job Summary
As an Activations Agent, you will be making outbound calls to guests who have purchased a vacation getaway or received two free nights but have not yet booked their location or dates. Your salesmanship and customer service techniques will be put to great use in this role as you will be helping to deliver on arrivals, increase revenue for the department and guarantee tour volume for the resorts. This position starts on July 24th 2026. Primary Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to guests who have purchased a vacation getaway or received two free nights but have not yet booked their location or dates. Use salesmanship and customer service techniques to secure bookings and increase revenue for the department. Guarantee tour volume for the resorts by ensuring guests book within required time frames. Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 12 months minimum sales, customer service, reservations, hospitality, or equivalent experience. Microsoft Office experience required. Positive, outgoing, professional demeanor, self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently. Must be able to work flexible shifts to include weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Only candidates from Orlando, FL area (within 50 miles) will be considered. Schedule
Training 6 Weeks: Orientation Day (Friday) – Arrive at 9am to pick up equipment at our Wyndham Location. Set up at home and be ready for virtual HR Orientation at 1pm. Weeks 1 through 2 – Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm with a ½ hour lunch break. Weeks 3 through 5 – Monday & Wednesday: 11:00am - 6:30pm, Tuesday Thursday: 12:30pm- 8:00pm, Friday: 10:00am- 5:30pm. Week 6: Begin post training schedule. Post Training: Monday- Friday 11:30am - 7:00pm with possibility of changing to 1:30pm - 9:00pm (Based on Business needs). Saturday: 11:00am - 3:00pm (Two Saturday a month or base on business needs) (Evening availability required). Compensation
Hourly rate of $18.00 for the first 90 days of employment. After the 90 days of employment, the hourly rate will be reduced to $15.00 plus incentives with yearly earning potential up to 65K+. Benefits
