Participate in product development activities for state‑of‑the‑art integrated semiconductor products in precision analog, mixed‑signal, and integrated power analog design. Design analog or digital circuits and chip‑level integrations, considering design yield and testability. Apply system‑ and block‑level simulation and modelling to develop new circuits and techniques. Analyze silicon data, perform mixed‑signal verification, and ensure functional, accurate, and reliable design against specifications. Determine block‑level feasibility and develop block specifications for new product development. Document design specifications, technical reports, test plans, and present design review materials at peer meetings. Evaluate and troubleshoot complex integrated‑circuit problems in the lab, perform functional and performance testing, and recommend corrective actions. Work with layout engineers to review physical design layouts and characterize new and existing designs. Lead and coordinate cross‑functional project activities, including test, product, and application engineering, to move products from concept through production release. Qualifications
Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Applied Physics, or closely related discipline. At least 2 years of experience as an Analog Design Engineer or in a related role developing analog or mixed‑signal integrated circuits. Demonstrated expertise in analog design, simulation, layout, and verification using transistor‑level tools such as Cadence (or equivalent). Experience evaluating silicon implementations on CMOS or BCD processes. Participation in all phases of new‑product development and release, including debugging, evaluation, characterization, qualification, and final testing. Strong knowledge of device‑physics fundamentals and semiconductor processing in CMOS or BCD technologies. Proficiency in circuit evaluation, characterization, and failure analysis using lab or bench equipment (spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, signal generators). Ph.D. program experience acceptable for meeting experience requirements. Benefits
Partial telecommute benefit: 2 days per week work from home. EEO Statement
