Overview ROPS’ (Revenue Operations) supports the DaVita Village through arranging dialysis placements, verifying coverage, generating and submitting claims and coordinating with payors. This position will lead analyses, solve complex problems, improve processes and understand the intricacies of the Revenue Cycle in order to affect the bottom line of the organization and take ROPS to World Class.
Primary Responsibilities
Perform complex analysis including analytical modeling
Assess and quantify business impact of various efforts
Develop automated reporting around key business drivers
Utilize analytical tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, VBA, Python, Access, etc.
Break down complex problems into digestible pieces and develop robust approaches to solve them
Synthesize analytical findings to recommend, facilitate and drive strategic and/or process improvements within the revenue cycle
Challenge status quo operations to identify transformative change
Influence change and drive results through effective written and oral communication
Interface and partner with leaders across multiple teams and/or external vendors and insurance companies
Create and maintain project plans; prepare and lead project updates to key stakeholders
Manage own resources and time in a way that aligns to priority & value of work
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study (STEM, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business)
1-2 years of experience or applicable work experience; Master’s degree preferred
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required; experience using other analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau, VBA, Python, Access, etc. preferred
Strong quantitative & problem solving skills including analytical modeling and insight generation
Ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple, easily digestible manner to a range of audiences including senior leaders

Experience in healthcare and/or revenue cycle preferred

Salary Salary Range: $57,784.00 - $85,000.00 per year.
