Good Analytical and logical skills to define system solutions with Technical architects and leads.
Requirements
Work effectively with a wide variety of individuals: engineering, project management, and technical staff.
Ability to evaluate system changes and its results to certify that all changes are accurate and meet quality standards as per initial expectations.
Support UAT by confirming the correctness of previously elicited requirements.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Experience working in SAFe.
Job Responsibilities
Uncover and understand customer needs and translate them into requirements.
Come from a technical background with a good understanding of coding languages such as .Net, ASP .Net, VB .NET, and SQL queries.
Write technical requirements for a Microservice-based platform, mapping technical stories with functional features.
Manage API implementations, enhancements, and customer support effectively; uncover interactive scenarios between the APIs.
Document detailed analysis, and enhance user stories.
Analyze acceptance criteria to bridge business and technical teams.
Serve as the first point of contact for conflict resolution from a business standpoint.
