As the #1 family-owned garden center in Anne Arundel County, we are proud to support our community—donating over $1 million to local initiatives.Our award-winning Landscape Division is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated **Junior Landscape Design Sales Associate** to join our team.### **Position Overview**This is an **entry-level landscape design and sales role** designed for individuals eager to launch their career in **landscape design, horticulture, and client-focused sales**. You’ll work closely with experienced designers and receive hands-on mentorship to develop the technical and sales skills needed to succeed in the industry.### **Key Responsibilities*** Shadow and support senior landscape designers through all phases of the design/sales process* Assist with **site consultations**, client meetings, and project follow-ups* Learn to develop **base plans, landscape designs, takeoffs, and cost estimates*** Prepare presentation materials and proposals for clients* Deliver a high-quality, professional customer experience* Build foundational knowledge of plants, materials, and landscape design principles## Qualifications### Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in landscape design**, Horticulture, Environmental Science**, or related field preferred
