Location: Mission, TX (Onsite)
Scope Onsite desktop support for a new site turn‑up and post-go-live operations supporting a high-volume contact center environment.
Site Turn-Up / Build (Primary - July-Aug)
Stage, deploy, and set up desktops, monitors, docks, and peripherals
Perform device provisioning (Intune / Autopilot preferred)
Assist with desk setup, cabling, and basic install activities
Validate workstation readiness (logins, apps, connectivity)
Go-Live & Operations Support
Provide onsite end-user support (hardware, software, login issues)
Troubleshoot desktop, network, and peripheral issues
Support user account management (AD / O365)
Perform basic network troubleshooting (connectivity, IP conflicts, etc.)
Asset / Inventory
Track deployed equipment and maintain asset accuracy
Requirements
2+ years desktop support experience
Strong Windows / O365 / AD troubleshooting
Experience with hands‑on deployments (site builds preferred)
Basic networking knowledge (IP, connectivity)
Comfortable with physical setup (equipment, cabling, installs)
