Responsibilities
Follow up on inbound leads from webinars, tradeshows, and the website.
Cold‑call targeted accounts and conduct web‑based presentations.
Participate in occasional tradeshows.
Develop, with assigned directors, a prospecting and development plan.
Create effective voicemail and email messaging.
Articulate CallMiner’s value proposition to prospects.
Make 70+ outbound calls daily.
Work effectively in a fast‑paced team environment.
Technical Skills Requirements
Experience with web applications such as Microsoft Office/Exchange, SalesForce, and LinkedIn.
Familiarity with call‑center, speech‑recognition, or analytics technologies (a plus).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or equivalent training.
2+ years of inside sales and/or lead‑generation experience, preferably in software.
Proven cold‑calling and warm‑calling techniques.
Ability to triage leads and prioritize outreach.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and persuasive communication skills.
Disciplined daily activity planning, goal setting, and execution.
Self‑starter with an enthusiastic, proactive attitude.
Ability to receive direction, coaching, and mentorship.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
