Vendor Management and Third-Party Governance
Oversee the legal vendor portfolio, including insurers, administrators, and third-party service providers.
Assist Benefits Third Party Engagement Managers (TPEMs) in fulfilling their responsibilities under the Third-Party Program.
Maintain accurate vendor inventories, records, and documentation.
Monitor and elevate vendor-related risks, issues, and service concerns through established governance routes.
Procurement Contract Lifecycle Coordination
Serve as the primary legal coordination point with Procurement.
Support legal vendor activities such as onboarding, renewals, amendments, and exits.
Track and coordinate contract execution, ensuring contracts are current and aligned with approved scopes of service.
Ensure compliance with procurement processes, timelines, and documentation requirements.
Coordinate GIS activities related to legal vendors.
Support the completion of vendor security and technology risk assessments.
Track and coordinate remediation actions from Third-Party assessments.
Required Skills
Experience in vendor management, procurement coordination, governance, or operational risk, preferably within HR, Benefits, or a regulated environment.
Understanding of contract lifecycle management and third-party governance processes.
Experience working in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and risk awareness.
Desirable experience in a Third-Party Engagement / TPEM framework.
Exposure to information security or technology risk coordination.
