We are looking to hire a full-time Assistant Sales Executive for DNAM Brands.
DNAM Brands owns and licenses a portfolio of globally recognized fashion and lifestyle brands, including Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Valentino Orlandi, and Badgley Mischka. As we continue to grow our wholesale business, we are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Assistant Sales Executive to support our sales team and help drive growth across key retail accounts.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in fashion wholesale sales. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, eager to learn, and interested in growing into an Account Executive or Sales Executive role.
Responsibilities
Support the sales team in managing wholesale accounts and day‑to‑day operations
Assist with purchase order entry, order tracking, and account maintenance
Communicate with customers regarding order status, deliveries, inventory availability, and general inquiries
Prepare sales reports, order summaries, and account recaps using Excel and Google Sheets
Maintain accurate customer records and account information
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Assist in preparing line sheets, product presentations, and sales materials
Support market appointments, trade shows, and customer meetings when needed
Monitor inventory levels and communicate potential stock issues to the sales team
Follow up with customers on outstanding orders, samples, and requests
Help identify opportunities to support account growth and improve customer relationships
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in wholesale, sales support, account management, customer service, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Professional, customer‑focused mindset
Strong follow‑through and problem‑solving skills
Interest in fashion, apparel, and wholesale sales
