As a District Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of top‑performing sales professionals to exceed sales goals within your designated region. You will combine leadership, coaching, and direct sales to drive team performance, foster growth, and focus on larger strategic deals while actively participating in the recruiting process. Job Duties
Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings, pipeline reviews, and sales coaching sessions. Spend at least three days per week in the field, providing real‑time coaching and support. Develop strategies to close strategic sales opportunities and contribute to regional revenue growth. Facilitate pipeline reviews and sales planning sessions to address challenges and drive progress. Collaborate with leadership on recruiting and selecting top talent. Monitor team activity, track performance metrics, and ensure execution of the sales process. Act as liaison between regional teams and senior leadership, providing insights to shape sales strategies. During training, master the Atlas CRM platform for lead generation, financial analysis, sales presentations, and contract processing. Additional Responsibilities
Assist the team in prospecting clients and maintaining accurate client records in the CRM system. Ensure the team meets minimum production requirements, setting first‑time appointments to secure quota. Continuously build knowledge of product/service portfolio and industry developments. Attend and lead weekly team meetings and individual meetings with the director. Desired Skills & Capabilities
Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills. Works well independently and as part of a team. Experience in training and coaching. Incentive‑driven sales leadership. Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity. High sense of urgency and innate sales talent. Enjoys cold‑calling and face‑to‑face client interaction. Knowledge of Restaurant and/or Retail industry is a plus. Minimum Qualifications
18 years of age or older. Background check will be conducted after a conditional offer. Live in the area relative to the job posting location. Ability to be in the field at least 75% of the time. Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or GED. At least two years of relevant experience. Benefits

Base Salary: $75,000 Residual Income: Keep earning from your hard work Monthly/Quarterly Bonuses: Extra financial incentives for exceeding quota and achieving sales goals Annual On‑Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000+
