Guide customers through their options using a consultative sales approach. Participate in community events and support community engagement. Fill online orders and conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Work a schedule between 9am and 9pm, including weekends, and adhere to monthly seniority‑based schedules available two weeks in advance. Adapt to a fast‑paced environment, remain flexible and open to change, and stay current with evolving technology and new ways to meet customer needs. Utilize tools, training, and coaching provided to meet and exceed sales goals. Compensation & Benefits
Hourly pay between $17.12 and $21.50 plus $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. Potential to earn up to $62,460 annually for top sellers with uncapped commission opportunities.
