Collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and partner agencies to support technology initiatives and infrastructure improvements.
If you're passionate about technology, problem‑solving, and supporting public safety through reliable systems and infrastructure, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, system, and network issues while providing technical support to users.
Monitor system performance, analyze operational metrics, and recommend improvements to enhance reliability, security, and efficiency.
Assist with technology deployments, infrastructure upgrades, and implementation of new solutions.
Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, and service providers to support operational and project needs.
Who We’re Looking For
A systems professional who enjoys troubleshooting and solving complex technical challenges.
A proactive thinker who identifies risks and opportunities before they become problems.
A detail‑oriented administrator who values reliability, security, and operational excellence.
A collaborative team member who communicates effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
A technology professional motivated by public service and supporting mission‑critical operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
At least 3 years of professional experience supporting enterprise servers, systems, or network infrastructure.
Experience with server operating systems, virtualization technologies, backup and recovery solutions, and enterprise network services.
Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, directory services, systems monitoring tools, and network technologies.
Valid state‑issued driver's license required.
Industry‑recognized certifications in systems administration, networking, virtualization, storage, or related technologies are desirable.
Salary Range $75,000 – $85,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
