Sales Representative Inside At our Company, we grow People, Brands, and Businesses! We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to make sales calls on assigned groups of customers via telephone, e‑mail, and fax to establish and qualify clients/prospects. The role establishes, maintains, and expands client lists, keeps daily records of calls and information requests, takes orders, closes sales, and prepares appropriate documentation. Additionally, the representative is responsible for revenue budget achievement, meeting client quotas, and expanding sales to ensure a positive long‑term relationship with customers.

Responsibilities
Make outbound and inbound calls to achieve sales and call goals.
Assist the Inside Sales Manager in achieving company income and expense budgets by ensuring all marketing strategies are implemented.
Increase sales through efficient management of promotional spending within client guidelines.
Meet or exceed clients’ goals for sales, distribution, and promotional volume by working with all related departments for assigned customers.
Utilize appropriate sales materials and data to deliver fact‑based solutions to customers.
Achieve incremental growth by pursuing volume‑producing merchandising at assigned customer accounts.
Provide monthly business updates.
Work with the Inside Sales Manager to identify process/system enhancements for tracking, call efficiency, and reporting.
Provide necessary documentation to BAA to ensure new customers are set up in GenWeb.
Work with BDM and customers to determine trade show and special programs participation and assist with set‑up, sale, and dismantle if attending trade shows.
Maintain distribution grid, contract log, and other trackers as requested.
Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Previous sales experience is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and able to handle a fast‑paced work environment.
Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy, shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines; demonstrates a high level of result‑oriented performance.
Flexible and adaptable, able to change and alter according to changes in projects or business environment.
Travel Travel is an essential duty; driving is not. Travel up to as needed.
