Act as a utility player across Payer Sciences teams, providing reference research, annotation support, simple manuscript drafting, and preparing deliverables for medical/legal/regulatory review with accurate referencing and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate and own multiple projects from kickoff to field implementation, interact with clients regularly, and communicate well with all team members.
Embrace new ideas and think strategically to develop concepts, solutions, and messaging in collaboration with other Payer Sciences team members.
Understand agency processes and guidelines, including time management and attention to detail.
Digest scientific data/information and interpret its application for formulary decision‑makers or other healthcare professionals.
Maintain knowledge of a variety of therapeutic categories.
Participate in idea generation at an individual and group level.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of agency copywriting experience or equivalent (inclusive of internship experience).
Experience writing for payer/managed markets audiences preferred.
Professional maturity, integrity, rigor, and a positive attitude.
Flexible and collaborative style.
Demonstrated ability to produce a variety of marketing communications materials, both digital and print.
Experience with current communications technology and media channels; experience with digital media a plus.
Self‑motivated to work independently.
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
BA/BS degree with coursework emphasis in English, journalism, communications, or a science preferred.
Additional Information
Position is full‑time.
Hybrid on‑site at our office in Morristown, NJ (minimum 3 days a week).

Compensation Range: USD $40,280.00 - USD $59,553.00 annually.
