Progressive leadership in Sterile Processing Skills
Able to work under stressful and changing situations. Excellent communication both written and verbal. Unit and annual competencies to be completed each year. Annual education required per hospital certification(s). Regulatory requirements for accreditation. Departmental policies and procedures. Proficient in use of department-related software such as SPM.
