Part‑Time HP Retail Sales Associate – Pay $17.00 per hour, up to 15 hours per week. Saturday and Sunday preferred; flexible Friday options may be available based on location needs. Responsibilities
Demonstrate HP products to customers, tailoring demonstrations to their needs. Engage and build rapport with customers, creating a memorable experience. Maintain professional relationships with store management and employees. Train retail store associates on HP products and services. Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness. Report sales performance and provide competitive insights. Sell products and services in retail store, kiosk, and event environments. Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis. Welcome customers courteously and offer assistance. Direct customers to displays, assess needs, and suggest products that fit those needs. Advise customers by providing information on products and services. Help customers make selections by building confidence. Accurately document and report sales. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Accurately track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations. Ensure the work station/kiosk is clean, well‑organized, functional and presentable. Submit all paperwork completely and accurately. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required. Six (6) months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience. Demonstrated knowledge of HP products and services. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment. Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to maintain customer confidentiality. Benefits
