What's the Job?
Represent Quality on the Production floor, supporting diagnostic instrument and catalog build activities.
Lead cross-functional team discussions on instrument part nonconformity resolutions and dispositions.
Maintain and organize critical work areas to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Lead segregation activities to support quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Apply problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve quality issues effectively.
What's Needed?
0 to 3 years of experience in Quality or a related field.
Basic understanding of regulatory requirements in the healthcare environment.
Proficiency in project management and quality tools & methodologies.
Strong root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with process improvement and data analysis.
