My client is looking for a seasoned Sales Director with more than 10 years of experience in Commercial Property Management.
Compensation: Up to 150K basic + benefits, commission, and car.
Must have
10+ years of experience in commercial property management.
Genuine hunter – this is a new business acquisition role.
Consistent prospecting with proven track record.
Highly driven and target-oriented.
Ability to maximize revenues and grow the commercial property register.
High standards of service and presentation.
Ideas and initiative around plans for market growth.
Strong organization and ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships.
Location North London / Hertfordshire / Remote / Client locations.
