Required Qualifications
Minimum of bachelor's in computer science or electrical engineering 15+ years' experience in related field Deep expertise in compiler architecture or HDL simulation Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming. Strong software engineering and problem‑solving skills Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and databases Understanding of compilers, parsing and code generation, static elaboration, event‑driven or parallel simulation Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven problem‑solving skills and creativity in tackling complex technical challenges. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
Compensation The annual salary range for California is $203,000 to $377,000. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
