AECO: The Trimble AECO segment provides digital construction solutions that increase precision and productivity for Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations. In this role, you will be the strategic architect of digital transformation for the public sector, directly influencing how global infrastructure is designed, built, and maintained. You will have the unique opportunity to position the Trimble Unity Suite as a premier Connected Data Environment, shaping industry standards for interoperability and data continuity that will define the future of civil engineering and asset management. Key Exciting Responsibilities Lead high-level engagement with public sector owners to implement connected workflows across civil design, survey, construction, and asset management. Serve as a strategic advisor to infrastructure agencies, aligning digital tools with complex business needs to achieve data continuity across systems like Autodesk, Bentley, and ESRI. Design and document scalable technical solutions, including API integration strategies and platform sustainability models for the Unity Suite. Represent Trimble as a thought leader at major industry events and conferences to promote Asset Lifecycle Management innovation and gather field insights. Facilitate the creation of high-impact demo content and training materials to enable internal teams and global partners in delivering world-class client outcomes. Essential Skills & Experience 10+ years of expertise in civil construction, design, or infrastructure technology with a deep understanding of capital project delivery. Proven experience with CDE platforms such as Trimble Connect or Autodesk Construction Cloud. Strong ability to assess complex business challenges and translate them into technical workflows and ROI-driven solutions. Exceptional communication and influence skills, with a track record of engaging senior-level stakeholders and government agencies. Educational background in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline. Bonus Points For: Direct experience working with Department of Transportation (DOT) agencies or large-scale government infrastructure projects. Familiarity with IFC/open BIM standards, ESRI data integration, and middleware solutions. Prior experience in software development scoping, implementation planning, and cross-functional team enablement.
