Responsibilities
Introduce customers to the Spitzer value price sales process and value statements
Facilitate interviews at a comfortable pace to discover customer preferences, needs, and buying motives
Present vehicles that meet customer needs and explore their interests
Involve customers in trade‑in evaluation, present financial propositions, satisfy concerns, and ask for the order
Conduct Spitzer delivery process and follow up with customers to develop customer loyalty
Other related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
An outgoing friendly personality with strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with all types of people
Professional, ethical, and respectful
Self‑starter and self‑motivated
Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to follow through
Proficient computer skills including email
High school degree
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Must be authorized to work in the United States
