Responsibilities
Design user experiences for developer tools, technical products, and enterprise workflows from concept through final delivery
Partner with Design Managers, product teams, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and clarify design goals
Create high-fidelity comps, wireframes, prototypes, and supporting documentation for engineering handoff
Research user needs and product requirements to develop user-centered design solutions
Translate complex technical workflows into intuitive product experiences
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Media Arts, HCI, or a related field
3+ years of product design, UX design, or UI design experience in technical environments
Experience designing complex workflows or developer-facing products
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and visual design excellence
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Sketch
Compensation Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by WorkGenius.
