Job Function
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Configure, maintain and troubleshoot LAN/WAN infrastructure including routers, switches and firewalls.
Support day to day network operations including incident resolution, change management, and performance monitoring.
Assist in the design and implementation of network architecture improvements to enhance reliability, scalability, and security.
Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks or failures.
Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams and configuration records.
Participate in on-call to support critical network infrastructure.
Support integration of on-premises network infrastructure with GCP and/or AWS cloud environments.
Assist in the configuration and maintenance of cloud VPC networking, security groups, and routing configurations.
Gain exposure to cloud‑native networking tools such as AWS VPC, CloudWatch, and GCP Cloud Networking.
Job Requirements
10+ years with the following:
Network: Catalyst switches, ISR routers, Meraki, DNA Center, VPC, GCP, AWS
Protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, NTP, STP, LACP, OSPF, BGP, ACLs, VPN
Tools: Network monitoring platforms (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, or similar), Wireshark, CLI‑based troubleshooting, monitoring tools like DynaTrace is a plus and basic scripting knowledge (Python or PowerShell) for automation tasks is a plus
Familiarity with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow preferred) for ticket management.
