Responsibilities
Lead a group of Account Sales Managers (ASMs) responsible for in-store execution at essential customer accounts.
Drive sales volume, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and coach/develop team members.
Ensure compliance with company standards and operational procedures across all accounts.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.
Valid U.S. Driver’s License and DOT medical card.
Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory or advertising displays.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Travel 0‑10% of the time.
Expected to be permanent; benefits eligible.
