Requirements- Principal Certification or Mid-Management Certification
- 3 years Administrative experience preferred
- Supervises all campus activities and programs
- Development, revision, and evaluation of the curriculum
- Establishes and maintains an effective learning climate in the school
- Plan, organize and direct implementation of all school activities
- Prepare and administer the school budget and supervise school finances
- Assumes responsibilities for the implementation and observances of all Board policies and regulations concerning school personnel and students
- Conduct faculty meetings
- Attend special events held to recognize student achievements, and attends school sponsored activities, functions, athletic events, and board meetings
- Establish positive relationships and interact with students and parents
- Holds the responsibility for official campus correspondence and news releases
- Acts as a liaison between the school and the community, interpreting activities and policies of the school and encouraging community participation in school life
- Responsible for the maintenance of accurate student academic records
- Responsible for the maintenance and safety of the school
- Additional responsibilities as required
- Must pass background check/fingerprinting
