Navigating customer service issues related to freight charges and claims Coordinating shipment and delivery details with customers Maintaining and distributing required reports both internally and externally Researching customer account issues and addressing as needed Managing returns and customer complaints Other Administrative tasks including but not limited to invoicing orders, answering the company main phone line, and handling outbound mail pickups.
Job Requirements
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Outlook Comfortable working in a small company environment Detail oriented Organizational skills Comfortable working with various departments
Additional Preferred Skills / Experience
Prior experience with freight claims management Prior customer service experience Experience working within an ERP
Pay & Benefits
