This role requires a PhD in a technical field and at least 2 years of experience with MATLAB or Python, as well as strong problem-solving and customer engagement skills. You will work closely with customers to ensure smooth transitions to new technology and maintain strong relationships. Up to 15% travel is expected for training and on-site support.
