Lead day‑to‑day operations of a 3–5 member cybersecurity team, setting priorities and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
Architect and implement secure endpoint and cloud solutions, integrating with existing infrastructure and tooling.
Guide engineers through complex implementation challenges, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align security initiatives with business objectives and enterprise architecture.
Develop and maintain security documentation, best‑practice guidelines, and incident response playbooks.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on endpoint and cloud environments.
Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering secure, scalable solutions.
Strong knowledge of security architecture, threat modeling, and secure design principles.
Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
Experience with security tooling, automation, and continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines.
