Responsibilities
Support overall organizational process compliance, including management of the Hardware Development Process Implementation.
Lead product development activities and provide technical guidance.
Ensure the technical integrity and completeness of deliverables.
Manage customer interfaces and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Leverage Digital Transformation tools to enhance development processes.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or System Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9 years or more of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree.
Experience designing, developing, and integrating advanced processing systems.
Experience with process reviews, audits, and compliance.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance at least to the Secret level.
Desired Skills
DOD customer experience.
Experience solving hardware/software interface problems.
Experience developing processes and procedures for integration at all levels of advanced processing systems.
Experience working in classified environments.
Drive execution through a Digital Engineering environment, leveraging Model-Based System Engineering, DevSecOps, and Agile approaches.
Experience with DOORS and NextGen DOORS.

Security Clearance Requires a DoD government security clearance at the Secret level and applicant must be a U.S. citizen.
Working Hours 4x10 hour day schedule, 3 days off per week.
Salary Base salary range varies by location: for selected states 104,500-184,115; in major metropolitan areas 120,100-208,150.
