As an Inside Sales Representative at Universal Windows Direct, you will help customers achieve their home improvement goals. Our sales team is a national leader in the industry, and we provide the training, tools, and support you need to succeed. We believe every employee can carve out a niche and grow their career here.
Responsibilities
Provide an excellent first impression to every customer you interact with.
Offer helpful solutions to customers’ home improvement needs.
Drive new business through inbound and outbound follow‑ups.
Set appointments and generate referrals for our Outside Sales team.
Leverage existing B2C, B2B, and customer service experience.
Have 1–2 years of inbound/outbound calling experience.
Maintain strong organizational skills and multitask effectively.
Exhibit excellent phone etiquette and strong listening and conversational skills.
Set and achieve goals consistently.
