Our 12‑month Sales Trainee Program (STP) offers early‑career professionals a pathway to accelerate a career in sales through guided development, on‑the‑job learning, workshops, mentorship, and exposure to multiple business areas. Program Highlights
Participate in workshops, training sessions, and mentorship to develop sales skills and industry knowledge. Shadow experienced sales professionals to observe client interactions, sales strategies, and negotiation techniques. Receive feedback from mentors and participate in performance evaluations to identify strengths and areas for improvement. Locations

Upon successful completion, graduates will transition into a sales destination role, chosen based on individual preference and business needs. Responsibilities
Support the sales team with project planning, prospecting for new leads, and handling customer inquiries. Assist in developing sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation required for closing deals. Coordinate tasks, track progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Interact with customers to understand needs, address inquiries, and provide information about products or services. Capture customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities. Continuously learn new sales techniques, tools, and technologies. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, or 1–3 years of experience in lieu of a degree. Strong desire to work in a sales‑focused role and to learn about our products, services, and sales technologies. Self‑motivated with a track record of driving results. Excellent customer‑service orientation and communication skills. Flexible and open to change. Previous professional experience or internships in sales is preferred. Benefits
