Description At In Charge Electric, we provide electrical solutions across Texas and beyond.
As an Electrical Design Consultant, you will guide homebuyers through the design process using Bluebeam. You’ll recommend high‑voltage and low‑voltage solutions, walk clients through blueprints, and ensure they receive the best upgrades available. This role combines technical expertise with customer service to enhance the homeowner experience.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients
to review electrical floor plans and conduct a thorough walk‑through of their homes using Bluebeam.
Identify potential upgrades
for low‑voltage and high‑voltage needs and recommend appropriate products such as data drops, speakers, security systems, lights, outlets, and generator prep.
Audit and evaluate
designs from other consultants to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance.
Inspect Builder Inventory Homes
to verify electrical installations meet the highest standards and regulatory requirements.

Proficient in:
Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Teams, Bluebeam, NetSuite.
Willingness to undergo
a pre‑employment criminal background check, driving record check, and drug screening.
Required Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
