What You'll Do

- Lead beyond borders: Inspire and guide virtual account teams across regions and departments, ensuring everyone moves together to exceed customer expectations.
- Be the trusted advisor: Forge, nurture, and grow long-term, trust-based relationships including at the C-level positioning yourself as the go-to partner for our clients.
- Champion change: Play a catalytic role in driving the internal transformations needed so we can deliver world-class key account management.
- Elevate the company: Represent our brand as a true global player, building connections that make us indispensable to our partners.

Flexibility & Commitment
- You love exploring and are happy to travel approximately 4060 days a year (including international travel).
What Success Looks Like (KPIs)
- Revenue growth of key accounts, target margins, new plant sales, new product sales
- Customer satisfaction scores, supplier rankings Quality of business reviews, relationship depth
- Account team formation, key account plans, documenting success stories, marketing, training, system setup
