Detail-oriented and eager to learn, the full-time Junior QA Engineer will execute manual testing of web and mobile applications, create and maintain test documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities
Execute manual testing of web and mobile applications to ensure functionality, usability, and performance Create, maintain, and execute test cases, scenarios, and plans based on project requirements Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using project management and bug-tracking tools
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 0-2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) Knowledge of manual testing methodologies and defect management processes Familiarity with bug-tracking and project management tools such as Jira or Trello
