Site Superintendent (HVAC/Plumbing)

Berg Enterprises, Inc., is hiring experienced field leaders with extensive HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical knowledge to manage national mechanical and plumbing projects in Texas, Arizona, and across the United States.

• Lead foremen: Set the example; teach, coach, and mentor; advise on daily and project operations.
• Workforce planning: Staff assigned crews; forecast workforce needs; assist with hiring and retention.
• Communication: Coordinate and collaborate with field crews and office personnel; address customer, client, and vendor needs.
• Field supervision: Lead site visits; inspect sites; maintain project schedule; manage costs.
