Required Experience:
Demonstrated experience in general office management services including answering and directing phone calls, organize and schedule meetings and appointments, produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, forms, and develop and maintain a filing system, and providing general support to visitors.
Demonstrated experience with HR policies and procedures, communicates with coworkers and assist with problem resolution.
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft products, organizing and building project management documentation, and assisting Program and Project Manager with variety of administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Education: Associates degree or equivalent experience
Clearance: Secret
