- Manage construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.

- Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and construction documents.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
- Conduct site visits and field inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Identify and resolve project issues while maintaining schedule and budget objectives.
- Ensure construction activities comply with applicable codes, regulations, and contract requirements.
- Support client relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of construction management, owner's representative, project management, or construction administration experience.
- Experience managing commercial, municipal, infrastructure, educational, healthcare, or public-sector projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.
- Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and construction contracts.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
