Employee Communications Manager

We're looking for an Employee Communications Manager to join our Employee Communications team, responsible for People Experience (PEx) communications. In this role, you'll serve as a strategic communications partner to our PEx organization, crafting narratives that bring PEx programs, people initiatives, and company culture to life for our crew at the company.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8 years of relevant experience, with a focus on employee and/or HR/People Experience communications
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; you write clearly, concisely, and compellingly for a range of audiences
  • Proven ability to build trusted, collaborative relationships with senior leaders, including C-suite executives, and navigate complex stakeholder environments with a partnership mindset
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment where priorities evolve and some programs are still being defined
  • Enthusiastic about using AI tools to amplify communications impact and automate workflows
  • Familiarity with communication tools, such as Slack, Canva, Google Workspace, AI platforms, Confluence, and Zoom Events
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Support communications for PEx programs, spanning the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, compensation, performance, and engagement
  • Partner with stakeholders across Compensation, People Operations, Talent, People Development and Experience, and other teams to craft integrated, thoughtful communications
  • Develop and manage end-to-end communications plans that align PEx strategy with company priorities
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, optimize engagement, and bring new ideas to programs that are still being defined and built
