Coach/Transformation Lead

This role is focused on driving a mindset shift to enable productivity through delivery excellence. The successful candidate will lead key cadences, influence stakeholders across all levelsincluding executive leadershipand champion the adoption of modern delivery practices, automated tools, and disciplined processes. This position blends change leadership with delivery coaching, requiring a strategic thinker who can operate across organizational boundaries, foster cultural change, and accelerate delivery maturity.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 7 years of experience in transformation leadership, organizational coaching, Agile/Lean delivery, or equivalent fields
  • Demonstrated success leading change initiatives in large, complex enterprisespreferably within financial services
  • Deep knowledge of modern delivery practices (Agile, Lean, SAFe, Kanban, flow practices, systems thinking)
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills across all organizational levels
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and drive cross-functional alignment
  • Experience using delivery, productivity, or flow metrics to guide improvements
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Certifications such as ICP?Client, ICP?ATF, CTC, SPC, Lean Six Sigma, or similar
  • Experience working directly with technology, operations, or business transformation teams in a global environment
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements affecting financial institutions
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience supporting data?driven decision-making
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Lead change initiatives that promote delivery enablement, agile adoption, and productivity improvements
  • Facilitate and manage multiple cadences (e.g., senior forums, awareness sessions, leadership syncs) to reinforce delivery discipline and organizational values
  • Influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including executives, to support and sustain transformation efforts
  • Coach teams and leaders on discipline, delivery best practices, and continuous improvement
  • Promote the use of automated tools and streamlined processes to enhance delivery efficiency and transparency
  • Develop and deliver training, workshops, and enablement programs tailored to various roles and maturity levels
  • Identify and address organizational impediments to process and tools adoption and delivery success, articulate benefit and influence sentiment
  • Monitor and report on change adoption, organizational maturity, and delivery performance metrics
  • Foster a psychologically safe environment that encourages experimentation, learning, and innovation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align delivery discipline with strategic business goals
