The HVAC Service Technician will serve as an individual contributor focused on maintaining and repairing residential HVAC systems. This role involves hands-on work using standard HVAC tools and mobile diagnostics software, requiring daily local travel between job sites. The technician is responsible for ensuring system functionality, safety compliance, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on residential HVAC systems Conduct system testing and equipment inspections Replace parts and ensure safety compliance on all job sites Utilize standard HVAC tools and mobile diagnostics software Manage daily travel for local job site visits Deliver clear communication and quality customer service Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of experience in HVAC service Technical certification in HVAC Valid driver's license Knowledge of preventive maintenance and diagnostic troubleshooting Experience with refrigeration and electrical systems Strong customer communication skills Understanding of safety procedures and time management
