Job Title Mobile HVAC Technician
Location Dallas Fort Worth, TX
What's the Job?
Inspect, calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot, test, and repair various facility systems including HVAC, electrical, lighting, fire safety, boilers, refrigeration units, compressors, motors, pumps, and associated controls.
Perform carpentry, plumbing, painting, and snow removal to ensure the building infrastructure and grounds are well-maintained.
Attend safety training sessions and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Utilize CMMS systems to document work performed, maintain equipment histories, and ensure timely completion of work orders.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
What's Needed?
Valid Driver's License is required; ability to operate a company van.
Experience with commercial or industrial maintenance, with a focus on HVAC systems.
Basic knowledge of local and national codes related to equipment repair and safety standards.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
