Responsibilities
Develop user test cases and performs user testing for NETC training systems. Provides periodic user training for NETC training systems. Provides services to determine which data is available and useful for the project. Collect, categorize, and analyze data.
Creates, validates, tests, and updates data algorithms and models.
Uses data visualization software and other data tools to present findings.
Provides business recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis. Prefer knowledge of and experience with, NETC training systems and curriculum data development systems.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
Experience: 6+ years of related experience
Technical skills: MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint Online (SPO), and OBIEE
Security clearance level:
Secret
US citizenship required
Role Requirements Creates and delivers written reports, visualizations, dashboards, or data models based on data collected and analyzed using various tools such as MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint Online (SPO), and OBIEE. Extensive knowledge in developing and utilizing the Power Apps suite to design and implement custom workflows and dashboards to include task automation, multi-step approvals, data validation, and real-time reporting, with integration capabilities across tools such as SPO, Power BI, and Power Automate to drive efficiency, enhance collaboration, and support scalable solutions.

The likely salary range for this position is $72,877 - $98,599. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
